I don’t understand how this can help? If you set the maximum width to 500 pixels, the images will be of very poor quality on the desktop version of the site.

As seen in the screenshot, errors began appearing from the beginning of October. That is, Google introduced new standards and all sites using the Newspaper “tagDiv Mobile Theme” got banned. They all dropped out of Google’s news feed.

It doesn’t work. This issue arose in October 2023, which means very recently. It seems to be due to the new Google algorithm.
