I found that setting. It seems to turn on or off the category.
I want the categories to be listed on the Say What Demo in the Trending Now module.

That is how my settings are set. The reason the box is no longer showing is because I recategorized. I will put two posts in the same category for you to see.

The element has never been disabled. I’m looking now, and it’s enabled. I’m seeing the box. It’s right above the comment box.

Yes thank you. I just assumed that the food demo was using a plugin that included the Google markups.

Nothing changed. The text is still pink. This is the text in the related post/ more from author box at the bottom of the posts.
