I found the cause of the problem, although I do not understand why this is the case

if the tag in the link starts with a lowercase, then the link does not work:
http://www.francuskie.com/tag/citroen

All you have to do is change the letter so that everything works as it should:
http://www.francuskie.com/tag/Citroen

Question – is it a theme theme or maybe WordPress itself?
It would be worth checking it out

cache pured, plugins disabled and still no luck.

there is more:

this tag works ok http://francuskie.pl/tag/308/
but this one not http://francuskie.pl/tag/citroen/

Problem solved – cache on external server messed up.
