I had this problem and it almost ran me mad. I tried all the suggestions but all failed to fix this. Finally changed my internet source and like magic, it works. i still don’t know why this was a problem from my ISP but I’m glad I figured out what was wrong.

I’ve tried this. The status is ok for all parameters. but it is still not working. even did a fresh install. very frustrating.

I’ve tested with twitter and i get 0 followers… youtube shows my followers. I’m yet to add facebook
