Speaking of child themes, they used to be available for download. The latest version is 7.0c What gives?

I’m using the Envato plugin to update the theme. While the theme itself has updated, I’m still seeing Newspaper Child Theme 7.0 as the current child theme. Any insights?

We are running Current PHP version: 7.1.77.1.7 and the admin interface just shows blank pages.

As a bonus question: How come a sticky post does not display in the first place of its category page?

At our outlet, we have a very popular running log of incidents which we’d like to display as the first post in our Regional category.
