Issues with City Logo Overlap, Unwanted Translation Feature, and AMP Site Scan - reply

I’ve uploaded all four logos via the theme panel, but the City logo still appears when I scroll down, browsing the website half the screen on my 14-inch laptop. Despite setting my website’s default language to United States English in both the WordPress settings and the theme’s panel, Chinese language text is still displaying.
