social counter can not working

hello
I fellow your tutorial to setup the social counter.
and key in the app id and key ,also get the access token.
but my Facebook fans always stay 0.(already 2 weeks).
anythings I did it wrong?

I have updated my plugin social counter, but it dont displays facebook fans number.

Hi,
Please make sure you have the latest version of the social counter installed. Please update your theme to the latest version (newspaper 7) by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then also update the plugins : visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and use the same method to install the new version of social counter.
The social counter is not a live count and is affected by cache so please either clear your cache after you set it up or wait a bit for it to update. In @snledo’s case, it now works: http://screencast.com/t/J06krX6WhUsa
