The BigGrid on the homepage isn’t displaying properly.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible as your untested plugins to interfere with the theme and damage the layout of the Big Grid.
If your problem is still there after this and if you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the problem.

Hi,
I’ve done as you asked (excluding a couple of security plugins which I’m not supposed to disable and which I’m told shouldn’t cause an issue).
The plugins list does say that Visual Composer isn’t up to date. Could this be causing the issue? How do I get the plugim updated to the current version as it is packaged with the theme?
I can give you the URL for the site, but it is currently behind a maintenance page (this is the other plugin which isn’t disabled as it is needed)
PS: I have a copy of the site running on a local server. I have disabled all plugins excluding Visual Composer on that and BigGrid is still displaying incorrectly.

Please notice that latest version of the theme is 7.1.1 and the right Version of Visual Composer which you will have to use for our theme is 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. We’re not using Social Counter as yet.

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you. Also, ensure that you are using the default page template or pagebuilder+latest articles+pagination to achieve best results in this regard. So, if you are using the pagebuilder+page title with the Big Grid, the layout will be broken because the sidebar will bring on your side and the Big Grid not working fine with sidebar.
