Social Stats Problem

Hi there,

On my site I am not being able to fetch stats from Instagram & Vimeo. I tried quite a few things but it still doesn’t show up. Kindly check screenshot.

Hello,
Please make sure you have the latest version of the social counter and the latest version of the theme. FIrst update your theme by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ then update your plugins social counter and visual composer using this method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
After you do so, please switch users for these elements and try a different public one like ‘cocacola’ for example to see if the info is being pulled. Then if the info is there switch back to your own id’s
