I see some weird behavior with the path of images called by the grids: I mean that when using a CDN for static objects, the path of the images should be relative to the CDN URL.
Well that doesn’t work with grids. It works with different homepage layouts, it works with articles, pages, but not with the images in the grids.
With grids the path of the images is always local to the server.
Is there anything I con do to fix that?
I’m using maxcdn with w3 total cache plugin.

Please try to switch to wp super cache as that is the tested and recommended plugin to use with our theme. Please follow these 2 guides to properly set up the caching and cdn:
