Is there any ways to update the theme from 6.5 to 7.3 without effecting my site?
Any help and suggestion will be appreciated.

The update shouldn’t affect the site if you follow the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ However if made any changes in theme’s core files they will be lost during the update and you will have tore-add them. The code from theme panel, if you have some, and site’s content won’t be affected by update.
Before making any changes in your site make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install and the database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups This is a security measure, in case something goes wrong you can always get back to previous version.

One more clarification, How about with plugins, I don’t need to do anything with plugins, right?

You will also need to update the plugins included in theme’s path, Visual Composer and Social Counter need to be update to the versions included in theme’s path.
