Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, remove server caches (if you do not have any access to do it, request this task to the service provider).

For your second request, please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme.
