How do I Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS as suggested by google page test
The instruction TEXT was followed. The person I hired to help, said the jquery files that needs to be deleted weren’t there.
We are not sure how to fix that as suggested in your guide.

Files appear in the header but the files that need to be deleted aren’t there.

Is the plugin active? Did you check your system status? The plugin code needs to be changed and the id’s discovered using the provided function. If the function cannot find your id’s, you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and speedbooster and check again. Plugins could interfere even though you remove the compatibility code from speedbooster.
