Hi,
this is a very common caching issue. Please only use wp super cache with these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also check your host as sometimes the host also provides caching

Last month on your advice , I used “wp super cache ” .After installation , the google page speed goes down to 35/100.
Any other alternate solution.

Please also check any server side cache as in most cases the hosting also provides caching that needs to be deactivated so just wp super cache is used.
