I have a several problems with AMP in newspapper, becouse opagination duplicate content.
Example: https://soyunperro.com/page/24/ is some https://soyunperro.com
And https://soyunperro.com/amp is same last entrye amp content…..
How can I desactivate it or resolve?

It seems that something is not working properly with the pagination. I suggest you disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check again to see if the problem is still there. It is recommended to use the WP Super Cache plugin with these settings

Other caching plugins may cause problems with the theme, like the Total Cache you are using at the moment.

My sysadmin test the website and server and no found error, W3TC is running ok without problems in other of my webs. He has turned everything off and the error continues.
But he found a bug in theme, with pagination of pages.

but my other website dont have this problem: https://goo.gl/R3yDaX as a theme themo (that no have this problem): https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
The problem is: Manual paging turned on
The webs with out Manual paging turned on have this problem and this is no good.
How can I resolve it?

I only see this pagination problem on the post you mentioned. I am not able to recreate this on my side. Please provide more details about what exactly is this AMP and how did you create it. Also what do you mean by manual paging turning on or off. Maybe I am not understanding this properly.

Pagination actived (blok) is the problem.
This web dont have pagination manual active:
and have this bug / error (duplicate pages) https://soyunperro.com/page/24/ this is a big error for google (duplicate).
Demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and encantadordeperros.com have paginatio active, and dont have this bug/error.
How can I repair this bug without pagination? or How can I active pagination out of page?

You could try to check if you have any redirects in the htaccess file or if you are using a redirect plugin.

Check to see if this is still happening. Then return to your previous settings and save, and also clear your cache.
