I guess that your theme installing it was not done correctly. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

This is an unusual problem. A theme re-install should fix this problem you are having. Try downloading the theme package again and use it to install the theme by FTP. Deactivate any child theme you might have, to rule this out. The mentioned option should display in the theme panel. @simion you were right. This works.
No re-upload. Delete the folder wp-content/themes/Newspaper, and then upload again.
Seems a conflict between versions. Anyway, it’s a pretty heavy solution.
¿Are this a better solution?
1. Download Newspaper from ThemeForest to your PC.
2. Unzip.
3. Open “Newspaper-tf” and unzip “Newspaper.zip”.
4. Rename the folder “Newspaper” to “Newspaper2”.
5. Upload “Newspaper2” by FTP to wp-content/themes/
6. Go to Themes in WordPress Admin Panel and activate the second Newspaper.
7. (IMPORTANT) Delete wp-content/themes/newspaper by FTP, not by WordPress Admin Panel.
Following this method, the configuration of Newspaper written in the database is not eliminated, and it avoids problems to the users in real time. They should not notice any visual changes.
