Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. We do not make any changes in theme panel the Article Inline Ads should have this options there. If the problem is still there, please try to re-install the theme via FTP, clear all your caches and check again the results. You have to delete all old theme’s file and folder (except child theme if you use it) and reupload the latest version from file manager. Install it there so activate from WP-Admin.

First, i deleted newspaper folder(Not child theme)
Then I upload it again.
