long loading time

installed the Theme on website everything is great but the loading time is so long. i have no idea why it take almost 60 sec . it load all the content in 4 to 5 second but if you look at the loading sign on the browser it take a long time till it stops.

Test a post with gtmetrix.com to help debug your site issue, and also f12 console in chrome.

thanks chris. one of the issues is this file:

but i can’t find it any where that folder is not in my server.
do you know anything about it?

Hi,

Try testing without any other plugins active, except the ones provided with the theme maybe identify what exactly is causing the loading problem.
You can follow this guide to further improve page loading speed

And install a caching plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
There are also many page speed tutorials in this matter here on the forum that you can follow.

hi

thanks i did all of that, this file that fail is long to the theme

cause i installed lifestyle and gave me this error now that i uninstalled it still there
I can see it in the developer tool in the network tab it takes 2 min to load and at the end it failed.

Hi,

Check in the Theme panel->Background options, in the mobile menu and also sign in background settings

If that image is present there, remove it from those locations.

i change the demo to business and it solved. there are some problems with some of the demos.
could you please check it on a mobile phone, when i tap on the hamburger menu it takes about 4 sec sometimes more or less till the menu show up and also when tap on x to close it it has the same problem. its not responding correctly.

Hi,

I have inspected the website on mobile, refreshed the page a few times, opening the menu and closing it as well.
For me the difference between this

Is about one second. Try testing with a different mobile phone and see if the results are the same.
