Hi guys,
Is there a chance for site readers to leave a review and comment on a product? In the special function it seems to me that only I can make a review. It would be a very useful thing in my opinion.

Comments for posts are available in the theme

The reviews system present is author reviews, they can only be made by the post author

If you would like the users to have more or different commenting and review options, maybe you can find plugins that you can use in this situation.
For Woocommerce product reviews you can enable this option
