Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, check the server configuration to be in standards -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
