Feature image on page ( Knowledge Base plugin page)

I use Hero’s Knowledge base plugin in my blog – http://engineeringproductdesign.com/knowledge-base

– I have not been able to add a feature image on the pages the knowledge base plugin creates.

– I tried a feature image display plugin where I managed to upload a feature image onto the article. But it would still not show up on the list of articles as you can see here

My main Knowledge base page title is “Articles Archive – Engineering Product Design” – http://engineeringproductdesign.com/knowledge-base/

– How can I change the title from “Articles Archive – Engineering Product Design” to “Engineering Product Design Knowledge Base”

Thanks for responding quickly. I have set up featured images on posts (blog)and it works fine. Also the pages I have created ( About, contact etc) also have feature image tab at the right hand bottom corner( when I am editing), which I have used. However the pages that are created through the knowledge base plugin does not have a Feature image tab on the right hand side when I am typing or editing.
