I’ve uploaded the theme (the .zip). And truly have no idea what to do next. 1) How do I install the plugins? 2) I’d like to upload the baby demo slider to start from (how do I do this) 3) is there a cheatsheet somewhere with beginner information?

First of all, I will thank you for your interesting in our items! Notice that our theme is more powerful which has a lot of settings in the Theme Panel. I suggest you read again the whole theme documentation to familiarize with all of these elements. If you want additional customization and if the theme does not have any such an option for what you want to do, you need to have some CSS skills. For theme installing/updating please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ -> we recommend the FTP method because this is the surest method in this case.
