We are having problems with the page load, all sorts of adjustments for load optimisation have been carried out, but we can’t solve this: “Eliminate the JavaScript that blocks the visualisation of content on the top half fo the page.”

There is a plugin provided that may help with render blocking, the tagDiv speedbooster plugin. But this plugin will not work when it detects other plugins installed then a predefined list

There is a solution to disable that check and making further tests

Disabling it could break plugin functionality that is why it was implemented. But that may happen with other page speed tools. You could make tests with it, or try other optimization methods or solutions online. There are many speed guides provided bu theme users, here in the forum
