when i try to delete an element with “tagdiv”, nothing happens. A dark veil indicates to me that it has received my request but after that, remains like that and it never completes. I have this problem while I use the trash icon or the frame at the bottom right..

Insufficient resources can cause many issues, make modifications by yourself or contact the hosting provider if needed. Check if the same thing happens after trying this, let us know.

After taking the information from the system administrator and if I refer to the list you gave, everything is ok on our side, no insufficient resources.
So the problem continues. You could try these solutions, they solved various composer issues previously

Also try the composer on a new page, also try with a different browser. Let us know the results.
