social counter problem

hello,

social counter plugin counts lower on instagram and twitter. we have 31k followers on instagram but counter shows it like 22k. any suggestions? i don’t get why is this difference.

Hi,

What theme version are you using? Older than 8.7.3 Instagram will most likely not work

There were changes made by them quite a while back, we fixed theme in a theme update at the time. Currently there are no known issues in the matter (latest 8.8.2 theme version).

So if you use an older theme version you could either try these solutions
