social media counter

Im using the element from Newspaper theme, Social Counter, but the values are not correct. If you go to the facebook online, it has more likes there than in the page.

Is there any problem? How can we fix it ?

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme and the latest version of the social counter plugin. These guides should help updating:

Hi,

i updated plugin & theme but still the values of the social media is not correct. Do i have to do something else to have the right value ?

Hi,

Do you use any caching or CDN? try clearing those if possible. Clear browser cache as well or check with a different browser, or use incognito mode.
That should refresh the data.
