Visual composer update?

I just updated from 8.8 to the latest version. I read that visual composer got updated as well. How do I find/activate the update?

Hi,

Please notice that we do not recommend to use Newspaper 8.8 with the latest version of Visual Composer, sorry! If you want to use the latest version of Visual Composer, you have to download the latest theme’s packet from your Theme Forest account because this has included the latest version of required plugins.

Hi

I have updated to version 9.
So should I delete the old version of visual composer then install the new one?

Hi,

Yes, that will be the proper way to do it. The full theme packages contain a plugins folder, there you will find the WPBakery page builder as well

The latest theme package contains the latest WPBakery version – 5.6.
