1. So it appears there’s no way to add an Instagram widget using WP’s Visual Editor? I have to use the theme’s drag and drop editor? I wanted to be able to display Instagram images like this:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/instagram-widget/
2. In Visual Editor, there’s this weird Sidebar that takes up half the composer page. Can this be removed? Example:
Hi,
1.In order to set that Instagram you need to make a page with TagDiv Composer
or set a widget in sidebar -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rVtEpPPWO
2. Please read this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sidebar-on-visual-editor/
Also please check our documentation for Newspaper -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9CuaTy8jf8
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
Thank you for your understanding.
1. So I basically have to hire a developer to remove this annoying feature.
2. There’s no other way to add these Instagram widgets on page except by page builder? I’ve moved away from all page builders for a variety of reasons- basically, they are more trouble than they’re worth, and often prevent ads from displaying correctly. There’s no shortcode or anything I can use?
Hi,
1. I do not quite understand on what “annoying feature” are you referring, please provide some more details.
2. You can set the Instagram widgets in sidebar

Now all you need to do is to set the sidebar to pages

Thank you.
Hi,
1. You can do the change is no need to hire some developer to do that, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sidebar-on-visual-editor/
2. Unfortunately with our theme this is the only way to set the Instagram in posts with out using builders, sorry.
Maybe you can use some plugins to do that, to set a shortcode in post content.
Thank you.
