I’m trying to create a page with TagDiv Composer (Newspaper 9.7.3). The composer is not interactive, i.e. I have to save and reload to see the WYSIWIG layout. Also, I can’t make changes or delete an item, the update wheel just keep rolling… When loading a previously updated page the error: “Error at zones: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content” shows.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email and as many details you can and some screenshots with the problem if is possible.
