Plugin problem composer and cloud-library

When I install both js_composer and td-cloud-library this message show and i cant access to my website
This page isn’t working generalvirals.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Hello !

Please make sure that you have installed the Newspaper theme correctly and also make sure that all of our system requirements are completed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If not, follow the steps found in the link in order to meet them.

Also make sure that you have installed the theme properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

After installing the theme you should be able to activate the required plugins from the welcome screen with only one click:

I have the same thing here. This theme is always broken!!!
