Please make sure that you have followed all the steps found in our documentation regarding the Newspaper Theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/ Also is Mandatory to have all the system requirements up to date: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please take a look at those 2 guides for a better understading of Newspaper theme and a proper installation.
