After updating our site to version 10 the layout was broken, yes we removed all plugins but still no way, imported multiple demos and still did not work.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Thanks but after changing the CHILD THEME it worked.
I was using version 9.6.1 and the functions.php file content are different from that of 9.8
