Hello,
I am getting a problem with saving in the theme panel. When I change something in the theme panel and try to save it, I am getting this problem. 
It doesn’t move forward from here.

Please make sure that you install the Newspaper Theme properly according to our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also please make sure the system requirements are all up to date: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

I just buy a new domain tommarow. is this problem somehow related to my new domain?

Yes, it can be related since tagDiv Composer searches for the url when activating.
