1. from what I can see the sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/tFfEUOK.png from desktop is display on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/asX6R03.png
2. Please notice that tagDiv Composer is only for pages, -> https://i.imgur.com/KmO2Cd1.png -> https://i.imgur.com/1isaTTD.png if this is not display in the page, then it can be a plugin conflict.

If the sidebar is not appear, then you are using the mobile theme plugin, this will remove the sidebar and make the site more faster.
