Hi guys. I can’t edit my site with TD Composer as I’m getting this error after latest update:
Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.
I have deleted all plugins except TD and meet all the requirements.
Also sent you an email.
I need this fixed as soon as possible please.

First make sure that the page you want to edit was build with tagDiv Composer.
Please check this article for when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

I’d like to create a new page using only TagDiv Composer but cannot as I get the error.
I have taken all the steps you have described.
I can’t edit pages or create new ones or any cloud templates.
I too am facing this issue, can’t edit the existing posts using tagDiv composer.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi, abhin_03, please notice that tagDiv Composer is a page builder, this can be use on pages and cloud templates, it can’t be use on posts.
