Hi,
If you are using mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you have enable these thumbs in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/UXPVgEp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/VScKjG5.png
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
