Urgent! Fail to activate Composer while updating to 10.3.5

I am updating 4 servers’ Newspaper theme from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5. They all connected to the same database. First 2 server updated successfully but till the 3rd server. When I pressed auto update button, WordPress said I have no right to access the page. And when I reload the page, Composer and Standard Pack Plugin become inactivate and even the 1st 2 servers also deactivated.

I have tried to reactive the Composer plugin on 1st server again but it failed. I have checked the file in 3rd server and confirmed that no theme files is changed. I think the problem is in database side. Can anyone tell me what how can I activate the plugin or downgrade back to 10.3.4?

P.S. I failed after it begin to verify the plugin. I have already tried to uninstall the Composer plugin and install again.

I want to know if I reinstall the theme, will all settings I have done will be removed?

I have just switched to Twenty Twenty theme and activate the Composer plugin. It can activate the plugin and it seems recovered in theme preview. But when I switch back to Newspaper theme, Composer plugin deactivated again.

Thanks for your reply. Our servers met all requirement. I think the problem is due to update multiple server behind load balancer which connected to single database. Do you have any suggestion or document that talking about updating Newpaper theme in load balancer environment?
