I have the mobile theme installed but it loads intermittently between the mobile theme and the normal theme. If you refresh the page a couple of times it loads correctly. The next time you open it opens the desktop theme first. My site is on https://portalef.com.br. Could you tell me if there’s something to do to force the site to always loads the mobile theme?

I just checked your website and is look that the cache plugin is not recognize correctly the mobile theme and theme versions, please make sure that you set the configuration for WP Super cache as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins disable theme until you make a test to see if is displaying correctly.

I’m using WP Super Cache as you recommend. I disabled it and everything is fine.Should I have to install another plugin to make WP Super Cache work right with your mobile theme? If so, you should have mentioned in your documentation.
Hi bobprates, we tested only with this cache plugin (WP Super Cache) and we made this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ with the settings that need to be done and of us the results were very good.
Now if you are using other cache plugins is possible to interfere one with another.
You can use other plugins too, but we can recommend only these that were tested -> https://i.imgur.com/TqMsLUf.png for these untested plugins, you’ll need to find yourself the right settings.

youor faq says that for mobile support, WP Super Cache needs an external plugin to work, but you don’t mention which one you have tested with your mobile theme. Please, tell me which one I’ll need.
