Hi, why does this not work?

tags are correct:
snipboard.io/XAc84S.jpg
And same exact problem is even with categories.
It works and brings posts ONLY when “all categories” are selected without any other filter:
snipboard.io/ZB4HDJ.jpg
Please help me fix it.

For the tag please try and write it like this: featured not like this: Featured.
Also for the categories you should be able to select any you want from this dropdown: https://www.screencast.com/t/cFvsvd7T Isn’t this option clickable for you ?

Yes it is clickable but it does not work. It doesn’t bring anything, even though posts are in that category.
How can I send you wp admin so you can check it?
