I installed WP Super cache and jetpack as mentioned, but the error still persist, I cant see the mobile page

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

there is a strange situation related to the plugin. when I made this post – I changed the AMP option – from default to transition. the site returned to normal operation; today, as soon as I woke up – the site was totally unconfigured in the mobile option; I did the same procedure again – I pressed in transition on the AMP – and managed to get the site back to normal. what should I do to permanently resolve the error?

to clear the cdn and cache would i have to request the host?
when we type in google “cidademarketing” and click with the cell phone in the first appearance – the site arrives all unconfigured even without ads.

Please try and check from other devices too.
Cache may be from host if they offer this option or you will neet to use a plugin to keep it clear. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
