Slider revolution problem

Hey guys

i’m trying to create a carousel slider with slider revolution, but when i turf on “infinity scroll” option, it shows the green button “on”, i refresh the page and it’s back to ” off ”
i don’t know why.

Hello !

The fact that it is not saving may indicate a plugin issue

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

i need to update my slider revolution plug in (V6.3) , could you remind me how to do it trought the theme ? should i download something ?
