I have been trying to modify the single post page that’s rendered in AMP. I can’t find a way to add a custom form to it.
How can you add a form to the AMP version of a single post page?

For this you need to use a plugin, I recommend to try the WPForms ->https://www.bluehost.com/blog/5-contact-form-plugins-for-your-wordpress-site/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=genericsearch&gclid=CjwKCAiA8Jf-BRB-EiwAWDtEGh5R6iuqgshDRcejnyU2pUFhCfggoPIUE42Y5YPv5HSlKuIOasXZ3hoCbzUQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds and set the shortcode, use the mobile theme plugin for amp and set in mobile editor the form shortcode, this should work on amp too.

How do I access the mobile editor? I’ve been doing everything using the TagDiv Composer. I added a wpforms shortcode and it is still not showing up in the AMP version of my site.

I confirmed that form is showing up on the AMP version of a new blank page I created, but I need the form on the single post page. It uses the “Single Post Template – Estates” template.

On the templates you can use column text element. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
