updating theme from 10.3.7 to 10.3.9.1 breaks site

Hi,
Is there specific procedure to update the theme properly? When I installed the update through the theme updates section, I had all the plugins updated, and re-enabled, but broke the layout and/or was missing all the settings I created for the layout.

Hi,

Before the theme update, please make sure that you have a full backup to the website and database, after that make the update using FTP/cPanel as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (B. Update the theme Manually) in this way there should be no problems to update the theme.
Also, during the theme installation, please disable all plugins and make sure that the theme requirements are set at least as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
