The ads are different and you need to check where you add the code for that ads and delete one. For example, if you edit the page with TagDiv Composer you can click on that element and delete one ad. Otherwise, check the settings from Theme panel, maybe you uploaded there as well.

Yes, you can create a mobile page whenever you want and you should also assign that page to the cloud post template that you use.

I created a different page and whenever I view the page in my iPhone safari or chrome, the heading of the page is broken, but when viewed in desktop it looks ok. It is the page reviews. Can you help me check it on why it appears this way? I already tried deleting the cache but it still happens.

So I’ve figured out that I have to enable to mobile page and the header look ok already. I created a mobile page for the page but it doesn’t show it the same in mobile. Do I have to do anything to link the page to the mobile page or does it do that automatically? As the mobile page and the page that appears on mobile is not the same.

Hi, Just to follow up on my last post. Do I have to link the mobile page I made? Since every time I disable to Enable/Disable mobile theme from here https://imgur.com/Y2DTxOQ the page breaks like this – https://imgur.com/GKKMoOt
If I enable the mobile them it doesn’t appear as the mobile page I created but just this – https://imgur.com/Bp9boCR with none of the grids I made. It’s supposed to look like this – https://imgur.com/9DKOhDw

Please note that if you enable the Mobile Theme on a page which was created with TagDiv Composer will not display the design you built because the Mobile Theme has the own templates design.

Yes but whenever I disable mobile theme, the page doesn’t show correctly as well as seen on the screenshots I provided. Either way enabling and disabling the mobile theme had bad output when viewed in chrome or safari on iPhone.

The footer page now shows two ads and I seem to not be able to know how to remove the words “About Us” and “Follow Us”. I checked your website and it seems you solved some issues.
For this error you can check our guide from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.
In order to edit the footer or header, you just need to access the homepage for example, edit with TagDiv Composer and you can customize there how you want from the element’s settings.

Yes. The only issue I’m having right now is that my ads in my AMP is showing twice in every post page I have as seen in the following examples –

You’ll be able to see that there are quite a lot of duplicate ads. Ads showing below each other. It happens on all the posts in mobile AMP. Please help me sort it out. Appreciate the help if you can point me in the right direction.

Check the settings by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads and delete the multiple ads from the fields.
If there are not multiple ads, then you need to check for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hi Bettina, thank you for your reply. I was able to fix it by removing the amp auto ads tag in the amp section of the mobile theme.
I so far have only two problems right now. I hope you can help point me to the right direction on how to fix them –
1. Social media icons before and after the articles in any post page doesn’t appear in mobile devices. It does appear but as invisible. You can click on them but you don’t see them.

2. The other problem I have still got to do with the header and the footer going garbled. It seems to appear erratic and sometimes it appears well so I don’t know why as the category page is only connected to one cloud template. As usual I have cleared all cache.

If that setting is enabled it should display well.
2. First of all, try to re-install TagDiv Composer plugin and if is not working, then there could be a plugin conflict which can interfere there.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have that button checked. It’s working in the desktop version but however, both the share buttons on top and at the bottom does not appear in mobile version.
Can you please let me know how I can reinstall the TagDiv Composer plugin? And will my site go down once I uninstall that plugin?

It should appear when you have that button checked and also the social icons active from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Post Settings -> Sharing -> Social Networks.
Try to do this steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cahce plugin exists)

Hi Bettina, I have done that but still having the same problems. I used developer module and found that for my first problem the opacity is set to 0 for mobile pages. Where can I edit that setting? Here’s a screenshot of that error – https://imgur.com/nZTJjr8 I have encircled it in white.
