Hi,

That message is just a warning. The system was developed to stop mass piracy of the theme and I know this is an extra step for paying customers but we tried to make it very easy to use.
When you activate the theme:

The theme will not overwrite any settings
The theme doesn’t record any personal information
All warnings will go away and you will have an activated product

The same purchase key can be used to activate your development copies and also the live version of your theme.

Hi,

The activation notice doesn’t appear just after a few days. If it doesn’t show up you don’t need to worry as if you don’t activate it nothing will happen the theme isn’t set to do anything if you don’t activate it so you wont lose your settings or something similar.
