Hello,

Please make sure the theme install was done correctly
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, do you have another page builder? If yes, please disable it.
