We got same issue a few months ago. On mobile phone, when I click homepage it appears with responsive theme. But if I click any topic it appears with normal mobile theme. I disabled and re-enabled the mobile theme plugin. But after a while the same thing happens again. The mobile theme plugin doesn’t seem to work properly. You can see the example pictures below.

It is enable now as it was before. I don’t think it’s about “enable/disable mobile theme”. Because this issue happens automatically. Sometimes mobile theme error occurs out of nowhere.
I think it’s related with the plugin. Sometimes it seems to lose its function.
Everything looks normal now. Probably the same thing will happen again after a while.
