I have checked your site and seems that is missing a class there, so please update your theme to the latest version 1.6 following this guide and use FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ Also update the plugins that come with the theme’s files from /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/

If you do please switch to the main theme and check if you still have this issue. Also if you use CDN please purge your files.
