Hello,
I am getting a 403 error whenever I am trying to edit a text inside tagDiv composer
Console gives me:
GET https://************.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/home/********.cloudwaysapps.com/*********/public_html/ 403
I am running a WP application on Cloudways server
I have done the following
1) Deactivated all other plugins
2) Deleted tagDiv composer/ reinstalled it
3) Reset all the file/folder permissions. I made sure I can read/write inside my WP installation
4) Followed all Anamaria’s guidelines mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/403/
I even deleted the cloudways app and re-installed a new one
Please advise
Thank you,
George
Hello George!
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme, plugins(11.3.1) and the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please let me know exactly what you are trying to do in Composer and more details as you can.
Thank you!
Hello,
I checked everything and it seems I am “green” in all requirements. All versions are the latest
I am just trying to edit the content of a simple text widget using tagDiv composer. When I press on “Edit Content” the popup loads endlessly and I get a 403 error in the console.
I can edit the text from WordPress default editor, but not from tagDiv. All other tagDiv elements seem to work except the text editing

Hello!
Please check if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Or please check if you have WP Bakery installed and uninstall it.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
I did what you suggested. I went through it line by line.
I still get the same problem ONLY with the WP editor on tagDiv. I even went to change the file permissions to 777 for everything under this plugin folder. Still nothing
Maybe it has to do with Cloudways permissions, I really don’t know. Any help will be really appreciated
Thank you

Same problem here. My website is hosted on cloudways too. Any fix?
Yes, it’s fixed. It’s a Cloudways issue. Try this:
