Hello,
You need to activate this plugin only if you use templates from Theme Panel (header, footer, posts, etc ) => https://i.imgur.com/Xjd3Xdd.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ND4vg5b.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3wFAJMu.png also, if you have added Block 1-25, Big grid, brig grid full, and if the plugin is deactivated the blocks will become shortcodes and the style will change.
So, please make sure you use Cloud Templates and Flex Block and Big Grid Flex.
